First set the default path for fileboxes:

FileBoxesDir    /path/to/filebox

then set the filebox for each link:

Link test
Aka [...]
[...]
FileBox /path/to/filebox/test.filebox.directory
FileboxAlways yes
TickerPackToBox yes


But i don't know if that works for your issue.
