MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Mashed Potatoes & Cauliflower w/Sour Cream
 Categories: Vegetables, Potatoes, Dairy
      Yield: 6 servings
 
     12 oz Baking potatoes; peeled, in
           - 1/2" cubes
  1 1/4 lb Cauliflower; in 1" pieces
    1/3 c  Sour cream
      1 tb Chives
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Black pepper
 
  Combine cauliflower and potatoes in large saucepan;
  cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer
  about 10 to 12 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  Drain.
  
  Add sour cream, chives, salt, and pepper to saucepan.
  Using potato masher, mash until blended.
  
  Yield: 6 servings
