Subj : Lima Bean & Pea Casserole To : All From : Ben Collver Date : Fri Nov 28 2025 06:48:52 MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Lima Bean & Pea Casserole Categories: Casseroles Yield: 1 Casserole 16 oz Frozen lima beans 16 oz Frozen peas 2 tb Butter 3 Onions; sliced 1/4" thick 1 c Fresh mushrooms; sliced 10 3/4 oz Can mushroom soup 1 pt Whipping cream; - don't substitute 2 tb Dill Parmesan cheese Cook beans and peas for 5 minutes, drain. Saute onion and mushrooms in butter. Mix eveiything together, stir in dill. Put into greased casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350?F for 20 to 25 minutes. I usually microwave the peas and beans instead of cooking them in water. This is a typical German way of serving lima beans with dill.
