      Title: String Bean Curry (Jaffna Style)

      1 lb String beans
      1 sm Onion
      2    Green chiles
    1/8 ts Fenugreek seed
      2 ts Salt
 
  Chop beans, onion, and chiles. Fry onion and chilies until onion is
  clear, then add fenugreek and stir for 3 minutes. Add the beans and
  salt and stir for 5 minutes until beans start cooking, then simmer
  until tender--about 10 or 15 minutes.
