      Title: Stuffed Dates

      Yield: 12 Balls
 
  2 1/2 c  Dates
      1 c  Peanuts; ground
      2 tb Honey
 
  Carefully remove pits from dates by slitting open one side. Combine
  ground peanuts with honey. Insert mixture into dates and close well
  by pressing the sides together. Chill before serving.
