MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Dominic's Famous Guacamole
 Categories: Fruits, Herbs, Vegetables, Squash, Citrus
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      2    Avocados
      1    Bunch of cilantro
      1    Jalapeno
      2 c  Chopped tomatoes
      1 lg Seedless cucumber; chopped
           - fine
           Salt & pepper
      1 cl Garlic
      1 lg Onion chopped fine
      1    Lime
 
  In a large bowl scoop out the avocado squeeze half of a
  lime and toss.
  
  Take a fork and smash the avocado.
  
  Add salt & pepper.
  
  Chop garlic and onion finely.
  
  Mince the cilantro.
  
  Chop the Jalapeno.
  
  Chop the tomatoes.
  
  Chop the cucumber.
  
  Fold in onions, tomatoes, cucumber, cilantro and garlic.
  
  Squeeze the other half of the lime and taste.
  
  Add more salt & pepper if needed.
