Yes, in class action suits it's generally only the lawyers that
get rich from it..

Yes, I get offers all the time with gift cards and such if you
take a new credit card or something, but I pretty much always
find that where you can spend that money is either not any place
I'd ever shop in or there isn't a branch within 75 miles of here.

So often 'deals' like that are based on things like Travel or
specialty stores with overpriced products..
