Some more installer improvements...

Return EXIT_SUCCESS/EXIT_FAILURE
Use sizeof() in appropriate places
Delete unused code
Allocate/Free the file list
Allow wildcard matching for file actions in the INI file
Don't prompt for "always" in extract command (it's useless)
List LFNs after "regular" file names
Hide UnixAttr.DAT from list command
