Log Message:
Make this usable from the build directory

Add a wrapper to execute, move the source out of the root, copy
OpenDoors .so file in, copy binary in.

Also, added a .gitignore that won't work with x86 builds since the
files will only have two elements, but I don't think anyone does
those anymore.
