Use a conditional blank line before the "Search i... for new files" prompt

Rather than 2 new-lines. The 2 new-lines caused 2 blank lines between the
displayed text/menu/tmessage.* file (if you have one) and the prompt.
e.g.
All files are also available for download via FTP at ftp://vert.synchro.net
and via HTTP at http://vert.synchro.net/files/
