i am pretty sure 80% of what is reaching me by mail and phone is from the ledger.com leak in 2020.
So what would actually help would be forwarding services for everything. snail mail, email and phone. when you have to give out information, you use the forwarder services data only. Well, i don't know if you can do that for your street address or phone easily, but where it is possible is for email.

if you would never give away your actual email address but a single use forwarder always, you could just delete your forwarder email and use a different one in case it got compromised. Right?
