Is keepa completely free after registration?

Prime has changed over time (now they add select free audio  
books, ebooks and streaming). Initially it was just for free,  
same-day/2-day shipping.  But I find that they ship out asap  
anyway; I get parcels in about 2 or 3 days with the "Prime"  
tape wrapped on them. Therefore, I'm not interested to dole out  
$100/yr for the other freemiums.

I recently got one of these during the Black Friday (BF) event:

...and the BF price seems to be good.
