If you don't need something super powerful, you can often get great deals on more basic Laptops at the end of the year. I watched for a sale because I've had the Laptop I use since 2012 and I found an ASUS Laptop for $169 at Walmart Online, marked down from $400 ($Cdn). It's a small (12") screen model but I use it hooked up to full sized monitor and keyboard and such when at home but it remains portable. As I said, lower end as far as power goes and such (Celeron) and it came with just a 64 Gig SSD, but I added 1/4 Terrabyte to that for $26, and the computer is Military grade so you can drop it or dump water on it without hurting it, so it seemed a good buy. --- þ SLMR Rob þ I just wiped out surfing InterNet þ Synchronet þ CAPCITY2 * capcity2.synchro.net * Telnet/SSH:2022/Rlogin/HTTP .
