The 605 is the one used for renewing one's license, and you can drop that off at a VE Test Session, without paying any exam fee, since you're just renewing. However, you will need to pay the $35 fee to the FCC when you renew it online. You only have to fill out section 1 (the top part), with your information. Section 2 is normally for the VE's at the exam session, on an exam...but since you're not taking an exam, leave that section blank.
