  Square Dancing...which is what I was doing before I started Sysoping
(1990), and Ham Radio (1991).

  At the 1994 National Square Dance Convention (R) in Portland, Oregon,
there were 22,000 dancers from the United States, Canada, and around
the world. Wherever you go in the world, all calls are in English.

  The 1995 National Square Dance Convention (R) in Birmingham, Alabama,
saw attendance plunge 50%...and some of these events now are lucky to
get 2000 attendees.
