Agreed.  I was self employed from age 20-50.  I've been with this
company 3.5 years now and it's my first "job" in 30 years.

Currently I'm supporting the household so I can't afford to gamble and
need a regular pay cheque.  My wife is finished upgrading her education
and while looking for work it's a bit of a challenge as the results of
her certification exam aren't in yet.  Once she's working again and the
three month period has passed I'm going to seriously reconsider my options.


.... There's little worse than being peerless in a peer-review system.
