so we have a guy that works in my dept and he's been there about 4 weeks.
my dept is very laid back and easy work.   he got fired when he was in
california for slitting his wrist by accident on a construction site with a
saw.

this kid falls asleep all the time at work, he takes 10 min bathroom
breaks, and today he tried to saw something on an industial bandsaw  with the
wrong side of the blade.  it got stuck in the middle and i had to snap the
blade to take it apart and get a new one.  he wouldnt help us put in the new
blade.  sat with his arms crossed or was on his phone.

he got no work done all day aside from fucking stuff up.  he was wandering
around outside our dept.  the whole place is rigged with cameras so i told my
supervisor to look at the cameras.  hopefully they ditch his ass.
