My laptop came with 11... I don't see a huge difference between it and
10, other then the ads that windows 11 has.  I did something a while back
and no longer see the ads.

My desktop was a windows 7 machine.  I got a free windows 8 key when they
gave them away, got a free windows 10 key the same way, and windows 11 was
also a free update.  I didn't want to upgrade the desktop, but I forgot
to disable windows update. LOL
