You do get your exercise going from room to room.

After I got the phone I would look on my desktop pc to find url's in old
messages.
Found some that still are up and spend lots of time seeing what new articles
they have 
IEEE has their Spectrum magazine at www.spectrum.ieee.org .

Another website formilab has a page called The Stratified Bible you might be
interested in looking at when your schedule allows it.
