DOVE is more of a free-speach type network than FSX or some others.  If
that isn't the OP's thing, then it might not be for them.  If one is only
carrying it for the Syncronet support, they are free not to carry the other
echo areas and, last I checked, can even access the support echo via
FIDOnet.
