well for a while a bunch of us were posting our user logins automatically to 
twitter.  i also used to post system news about my sites if there were 
issues.  that was useful.  i didnt have to be up for people to get news on my 
services.

i guess it's still 'microblogging'; i'm not too interested in it.
 i will check twitter/x out sometimes.  i'm not a big ego maniac and i dont 
just like to put random opinions and ideas out there on the web.  i dont care 
enough, too.

linkedin is something i dont use other than stalking.
