I would like to see an age 80 limit for federal elected offices, anyone over 80 during the implementation finishes out their terms. That is the only term limit I would see for now. 

Federal judges including the surpreme court, any new appointees would be subject to that rule. 

I am open to single payer like canada and the united kingdom ONLY if assisted
suicide is banned. Canada is telling people instead of treating them, why don't you end your life?
