Come on man.  Are you just playing dumb, or do you really not understand 
how these things work?

Here's some info that you apparently don't know.  California has 52 
House seats.  43 of them are Democrats.  FOURTY-THREE.  What does that 
mean?  It means that almost ALL of California chooses Democrats to 
represent them, and therefor Proposition 50 is GUARANTEED to pass.  Do 
you really not understand that?

You didn't answer the question.  You dodged it.

As I said in the top paragraph, this whole Prop 50 business is authored, 
championed, promoted, and forced, by Democrats.  Please try again to 
answer me regarding whether or not this is gerrymandering by California 
Democrats.  A 3rd-grader "they started it" answer is not an answer.
