Glad to see that someone else sees this for what it is.  As for Texas, you can
question their plan but my understanding is that they were forced to come up
with a plan to change districts after losing a federal court case brought
against them by the Biden DOJ.  So they didn't just pull their gerrymander out
of their asses for no reason... unlike the other state in question.
 
I have yet to see anyone *from* Texas step up and contradict that there was a
court case that started this, or contradict who brought the case against them.
