But that's ending.  The graft the NGOs were getting from the Federal Gov't have
ended (or are ending).

You can tell by the "quality" of the "protesters" getting paid to be out there.

Now it's just retirees who take off when their clock runs out.  The younger
people have to work that extra shift at the coffee house to make ends meet.
