This one I'm replying to is via Dovenet, with no PATH. You can see your QWK tagline at the bottom. The one that came to me via Fidonet is in my BAD area, since I don't carry that echo, but Wilfred likes to open the flood gates to my system thinking I auto-add areas or something (I don't, and on purpose).

For Short name, QWK name, Internal code, and Fidonet Area tag I use DOVE-DEB, But, I'd assume your prefix "DOVE-DEBATE" /should/ work, too. Unless maybe it's not..?

Correct. I had this happen to me a very long time ago, and made the changes to separate the two. Using the default config for Dovenet when setting it up, as well as hooking up to Fidonet, you end up cross posting messages by using the same message base files.

Here is the PATH from one of Rug Rats original posts on the Fido side, and I replied to one of your messages that came in via Fido with the PATH there also:

@PATH: 135/250 115 3634/12 2320/105 229/426 218/700 840 770/1 280/464

So it seems your address is in both, and the one you posted starts at your system, and the one Rug Rat posted goes through your system. That could mean that Rug Rat is just posting to the fido side, and your system is the one bringing it to Dovenet.

Otherwise, I can't see any other correlation between the two PATHs that stands out..

All good, figured I'd point it out so the appropriate parties can look into it.
