 Only as a last resort,  and then I run deluge through a VPN. 

 There was a conversation going on here last week about people who have tons of subscriptions to stuff.   I'm the person that was aimed at.  

other than like 10 different streaming services (most niche, I like to support small creators and startups with unique material that I find enjoyable), I have subscriptions to Newsgroup services. 

I juggle them from time to time, cancelling ones I'm no longer using and adding new ones.  I have forgotten about some, so I find things like Rocket Money (formerly Truebill) incrdibly useful.
