They advertise those services often on US TV and on social media.  I think one
could do that for oneself for free just by looking closely at your credit card
bills and/or bank statements each month.  OTOH, with so many people going
paperless, I wonder how many of them actually keep track of what charges
are on the bills and statements each month.
