Texas redistricted because Trump asked them to in order to skew the midterms - not to properly represent their own voters - just in case you decide to care why Texas did it. Looking at some of the congressional districts, it's obvious both sides have skewed boundaries for political profit at the expense of their constituents. It's disingenuous to point fingers at one party and not the other. Between campaign election finance reform, removing gerrymandering and term limits, the people who have the power to make the changes to save the system are profiting from it. I think the only solution is going to burn it all down, but unfortunately America's wealth will have been secured offshore by that point.
