I am a little skeptical on the no tax on OT.  I think it is nice, in
theory.  Having worked with people who'd find any way possible to create
opportunities for getting OT (while screwing up a project timeline), I
would prefer not to be dragged into their "opportunities" now that they can
make even more $$$ doing it.
