Yeah, Biden's pardons are something new, for sure, and pretty much provide
a "Get Out of Jail Free Card" to anyone for any past crimes yet to be
exposed.  Very questionable indeed.

I don't think that Trump is above misusing that power, though, if Biden's use
of it is not challenged.
