because it would be racist to go after the responsible parties!
that's what you get when you vote democrat.

the dealership that had all the cars destroyed was waiting on an insurance 
company rep to come by and try to get vins. the city didnt care.

in that area there were bricks left out too.  in my home city which is by 
kenosha they hid them on main street the day before.
