when i lived with my ex i paid half to get her roof done.
i also was there watching the whole thing to make sure the job got done
right and to see what was going on because they changed crews.

it was all white folks that tore it down.  then the roof got put on, there
was one white guy who was quite good at it.  she had a smaller house.

when i rented a large colonial and the owner  was required to redo the siding
and the roof [historical area], the crews were all hispanic.  they fucked up
my garden, actually ate the stuff out of it while they were working and stole
my rakes,etc out of my back yard.

it depends on the company.

really we are all brainwashed with racist views.  it's not always mexicans
doing shit work.  there's good money in roofing and other types of work that
people consider hard.

it's not always mexicans cleaning toilets, or cleaning period.
i had pt jobs cleaning and i worked along with americans who were hispanic
and were citizens and could speak english.  the cleaning company at my old
company was all hispanics and they fucked them on pay.  had them work over
with no overtime pay.

it just depends on the company.
