True, but if Congress and the courts won't challenge the Constitutionality
of unconstitutional actions, they can sort of do whatever they want.  Now,
believing that Trump 2 is the first one who has had things go in his favor
in this regard is very naive.

I think if you look into that, the last 2 or 3 Presidents have been much
worse -- far beyond the point of abuse -- than most others when it comes to
"day one" executive orders.
