If you read the part about due process, that is questionable.  Due process
protection is worded to apply to "persons" rather than "citizens," IIRC.

After all, you sort of need due process in order to get a chance to prove you
are a citizen, do you not?

There used to be some in the FIDO POLITICS echo that thought the only proof
you needed was to be white and to speak English but that is not the case.
