You've been in and out of a hospital for 5 years or so?  Because that's 
how long ago it was that I got tired of the crappy reliability and left 
the network.

I don't think it was caused by "health issues".

What does any of that have to do with what he said?  Why would that 
cause login credentials to just disappear?  All of this un-reliabiltiy 
goes back at least 5 years.
