i am more or less in the same boat. i've bought an A500 2 years ago, but didn't
 turn it on since. but i've searched for and found that i will have to buy
these stuff for the A500 to make it a nice bbs:

- X-Surf-500
- ACA500plus (which is now unfortunately not available)
