I just did a google search, and the first link that came up to the raspberry
pi site let me choose many different countries to purchase from. They also
have a link (https://www.raspberrypi.com/resellers/?q=) to find a reseller.

These guys in Europe have the PiStorm32 CM4 adapter and I/O board
