The main reason for going with the one I did, was to save space and allow
cooling. It also allows the moving of the ports that do get used to a better
location via the ribbion cables. I've now tried the new imager tool, and
both the HDMI and network now work.

This is what I got from this ebay listing (366015435713):
CM4 Adapter Board
Breakout I/O Board

I already had the CM4 Board its self, and you should be able to find it
closer or cheaper..
