	Found an interesting tidbit in the GNU Emacs FAQ today: if you
are running EMACS-19 and you type "M-x picture-mode", then it will let
you cursor around the screen without you having to put in extra spaces
first.  It looks ideal for ASCII art; give it a try!

FYI.  Sorry if this is well-known or in a FAQ somewhere.  (I certainly
didn't know about it before.)
