I requested this information before and am hoping some kind soul
would tell me where to get the ASCII FAQ that was maintained by
Scarecrow about a year ago, as well as any FTP sites to obtain
ASCII art from.  Thank you!

   I used to subscribe a bit to this newsgroup about a year ago, and at
that time the ascii artist Scarecrow was maintaining a most wonderful and
in-depth FAQ.  Does anyone know where I could obtain the most recent version
of this FAQ, even if it is not being maintained anymore?  I am interested
in starting to make and download ascii art from FTP sites that were listed
in the FAQ, but lost my copy when my hard drive crashed.  Any help is MOST
appreciated, thanks!!
