Bright background colors are not supported. One way he may get around that, depending on what his flag looks like is to create the flag ( a rectangle ) consisting of Yellow Foreground. Then put in the foreground on background text colors. That might not look to good, but that's the best he can do if he insists on Bright Background colors.
