   I think the best thing for new users to do is to go to the Web version 
of the ASCII ART FAQ.  It will show and tell you most everything you need 
to know, and will give you links to everything I know of.  And the ASCII 
ART FAQ was named one of six "Most Fabulous FAQs" by Internet World magazine.
