Have her click on the zoom box (if Mac) or the maximize box (if Windows),
both in the upper right hand corner of the message window. The mesage
window will then take up the full screen, and everything should line up
correctly.

Also, make sure that she's chosen a monospaced font as the System font
under Font Preferences in the Set Preferences command's dialog box. Set
preferences can be found under America OnLine's Member menu.
