Does anyone know of a public domain/shareware bitmap editor for
TIFF and/or GIF files?  I tried the ones located at wuarchive,
but none work.  One looked fairly good (DTP25614.ZIP), but I
didn't have a video card that was compliant with their included
drivers (I have an OAK, you know.... sounds like CHOKE!!!).
Any help would be greatfully received.
