Having the damnedest time getting Gifscii to work.  89a is the problem.

Please, please, which programs?  I'm on a Mac Quadra 800, and have access
to Turbogopher, Adobe Photoshop, Omnipage Pro, and others.  Can someone
please give me simple, childlike instructions?
