In Regards to the V sound in Arabic (see note in the post below), some
Arabic people use the letter "FA" with three dots on top of it (instead of
one) to indicate it is a "VA" sound rather than "FA" sound.  It is done in
Lebanon, especially by the younger generation, however that is not
recognized by the languistics yet
