Hi!

I've looked at the FAQ but didn't seem to have the info I was after.

Can anyone please tell me if there is a program (IBM or Mac say) that will
automatically produce an ASCII banner "lengthwise" along a document?

In particular I want to write a "HAPPY BIRTHDAY Corinah" banner for a
child's birthday.
