   Yes, I'm always thinking about those IDs.  I want to have as few of
them as possible, but still do the jok.

   I've been thinking of adding ANNOUNCE and FAQ to the 'official' list
of IDs.  As to INFO, as you mention, that would work.  And I suppose that
when somebody answers a question, they use ANSWER, or to keep the number
of IDs lower, they could use INFO for that too.
