Well, turning the FAQ into an actual web doc is not that hard, but it would be time consuming. And the FAQ changes, more or less, each week. I've had people tell me that they'd be happy to html'ize it (html being the name of the command tags used in web docs) until I mentioned that the FAQ changes all the time.
